• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include taxes.
• Payment must be completed online before dispatch.
• We do not offer cash on delivery.
• Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. These may include card payments and other online payment options supported by our payment provider.

• We ship across South Africa in plain, secure packaging. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours; if processing takes longer, we will let you know.
• Delivery time is counted from dispatch and depends on the option you choose at checkout:
• The Courier Guy (R117) — recommended: door delivery in about 4–5 working days after pickup.
• Pep Store Collection – Saver (R75): about 8–10 working days to your nearest Pep Store.
• Pep Store Collection – Express (R120): about 3–5 working days to your nearest Pep Store.
• Door-to-Door – SkyPoint (R165): about 5 working days to your door after pickup.
• Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or incorrect address details.

• You may return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
• Opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
• The product cost is refunded within 7 days after inspection of returned goods. See our full Refund Policy for more details.

• We collect and process customer information for order processing, delivery, payment, and customer support.
• We handle personal information in line with South Africa’s POPIA requirements.
• Your data is used only for order processing and customer support.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
• Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in South Africa.
