Return and Refund Policy

When and How Can a Customer Request a Return?

Once you have received your order, you have 7 calendar days to request a return.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, returns can only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at contact@tretinoins.co.za. Once your return is approved, you arrange and pay for the return courier to send the product back to us. If the return is due to our error (an incorrect, damaged, or defective product), we cover the return courier cost.

When Does the 7-Days Period Start for the Customer?

The 7-day return period starts from the date the parcel is delivered or collected by the customer.

Return requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Refund of the Paid Amount

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted.

If the return is accepted, we refund the product cost (the price paid for the item). Original delivery and return courier fees are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are made to your original payment method, or by bank transfer where that is not possible.

Refund Timeline and Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If we refund by bank transfer, we will ask for the account holder’s name, surname, and order number in your return notification. We handle these details under our Privacy Policy.

If more than 7 days have passed since your return was accepted and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@tretinoins.co.za.

Tretinoins.co.za operates as an online store. We do not offer walk-in returns or public collection.

Return approval depends on the condition of the product and whether it meets our return criteria.

If the product is incorrect, damaged on arrival, or defective, we will assist with the return and cover the return courier cost.

If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, the return courier cost is for your account.

Return Criteria

The product must be in an unused, unopened, and unaffected condition, suitable for resale.

It must be returned sealed for health or hygiene protection reasons.

Purchased products must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase or receipt, including maintaining the packaging in intact condition.

The return must include both the original labels and documents with which they were shipped.

You may return products bought from tretinoins.co.za without having to justify your decision, as long as they meet the return criteria above. For change-of-mind returns, the return courier cost is for your account.

Refund or Replacement of a Product

If a different product or quantity was delivered, you need to notify the seller to resolve the situation. If the product is no longer available in stock, the buyer can opt for a replacement with another product or a full refund of the value.

Additionally, if the customer ordered the wrong product, they can opt to exchange it for the correct product.
